C+GA featured in Building Design+Construction’s March/April 2025 Issue
“Curtis + Ginsberg has leveraged city and state programs to help fund renovations and energy upgrades at public housing campuses across New York City,” highlights Building Design+Construction Media’s recent article titled “Top 5 Trends in Mixed-Use Multifamily Housing.”
Several C+GA projects were featured in BD+C’s “Top 5 Trends” list:
Melrose North and 4697 Third Ave are featured for “integrating transit options,” including Melrose North’s integration of accessible access to the Metro North Melrose Station.
HELP ONE, 819 Grand Street, and Park Avenue Green are included for their leveraging of public funds to integrate energy upgrades, and the long-term affordability such upgrades provide.
