GRAPHICS COORDINATOR

Our work is at the forefront of incorporating best practices in passive and active sustainability principles, resilience, wellbeing, and active design strategies. Our dedicated team is committed to studying options and providing design thinking that helps achieve policy changes and deliver social justice within communities, as we rigorously pursue innovation and social equity across all our work.

C+GA is seeking an intrepid, organized, and detail-oriented Graphics Coordinator with a knack for creativity and a background in the AEC industry to join our team. You will collaborate with Principals, Marketing department, and our talented staff to amplify the firm’s mission and values by developing hi-quality graphic marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, award submissions and competition entries; and support architectural teams on graphic representation of projects, and establishing templates.

More specifically, the Graphics Coordinator will:

  • Work directly with senior firm leaders, architects and Marketing team in our 50 person office
  • Support business development activities
  • Support market and client research
  • Support project graphic materials
  • Prepare graphic layouts for presentation, social media, events
  • Organize, manage, and produce marketing collateral with multiple revisions
  • Maintain and organize the firm’s:
    • Photo library
    • Visual assets, such as drawings, renderings, and photography
    • Marketing and project-based Layout templates

The Graphics Coordinator should have the following skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
    • Revit and 3D programs such as Enscape
    • Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
    • Social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
    • Zoom and other video conferencing technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a time sensitive environment and successfully execute and prioritize multiple deadlines when needed
  • Prior experience in the Architecture and design industry a plus
  • Photography, videography, and multi-media editing skills a plus

The ideal candidate will bring to C+GA:

  • Shared values, such as quality design and social and environmental justice
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Effective organizational and project management capabilities
  • A collaborative but independently motivated working style
  • An industrious and inquisitive nature, able to accept direction but ask critical questions
  • An “eye” for detail and exceptional grammar

Salary range for this position is $50,000-$64,000, subject to adjustment based on candidate’s experience, skills, and references feedback.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We advocate for sound public policy and demonstrate its potential for achieving equity with each of our projects, which seek to improve the environment built for everyone.

We’re currently seeking a candidate for a full-time Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience working in an office environment, excellent organizational skills a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including assistance to Partners and help maintain efficient office organization, workflow and supplies
  • Backup support for general office phone
  • Provide front-desk support, including phone coverage and greeting/directing visitors
  • Support office logistics including mail handling, supply purchasing, and equipment organization
  • Heavy calendar and scheduling management
  • Assist with document organization, record keeping, filing and preparation.
  • Handle light bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and preparing basic financial reports.
  • Research projects when needed
  • Operate office machineries such as computers, photocopiers, and printers; perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Assist with Event/Office program coordination
  • Pantry management
  • Special projects as needed
  • Handle local errands, including picking up office supplies from nearby stores, delivering packages and letters to UPS/FedEx, and dropping off the office compost bin.

Skills and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong knowledge of clerical procedures and systems
  • Comfortable working with office equipment; printer, scanner 
  • Proficient computer knowledge; research on internet, usage of Teams
  • Excellent English language communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Good writing and editing skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • In office presence required 5 days a week
  • Experience in AEC industry is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated team player, self-starter and independent thinker

Physical Requirements:

  • The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk; climb or balance crouch.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds.

Technical Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Teams required.
  • Ability to operate office machineries and handle troubleshooting

Salary range for this position is $55,000-65,000, subject to adjustment based on candidate’s experience, skills, and references feedback.
