Third Avenue Development in the Bronx’s Morrisania neighborhood received a 2020 National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award – Best in Green Affordable Multifamily Community Category!
The LEED Platinum-certified project, designed to Passive House Standards, houses 30 affordable residences and the Little Scholars Early Development Center.
