Renovation and addition to a brownstone for the New York division of a high-profile music production company with a top floor addition and a rear extension. The renovation includes two recording studios each with separate vocal booths, reception area, listening rooms, private offices and workstations. Each recording studio comes complete with a sound isolated vocal booth engineered by an acoustic consultant. The project includes a 1,500 square foot apartment with a sleeping loft and flexible walls for visiting artists, along with a landscaped garden.
